Cross-border network services and principles
A closer look at service coverage, route selection, and privacy practices.
Our service
VPNSound is a network acceleration subscription for cross-border access, offering international routes for users who need access to international websites, AI tools, and streaming services. Coverage includes 90+ countries and 230+ routes. Apps are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, with unlimited simultaneous connections.
Service details are presented in verifiable terms: plan prices, data allowances, and the refund policy are listed separately. Monthly subscriptions and permanent data plans that never expire suit different usage patterns. Compare options on the Plans & Pricing page.
Route selection and troubleshooting
Start with the location requirements of the service you want to access, then compare where IEPL, relay, and direct routes are best suited. A shorter distance does not guarantee a better experience. Consider your local network, time of day, and target app, and avoid drawing long-term conclusions from a single connection.
If something isn’t working, first check the subscription import and connection status using the guides, then try another route to compare. If you still need help, submit a support ticket through the user panel. Include your platform, what happened, and the steps you’ve tried. Don’t share your password or full subscription URL. The service includes a 60-day no-questions-asked refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details.
Privacy principles
VPNSound follows a no-logs policy and minimizes data collection. No email address is required to create an account—just a username and password. When addressing account or service issues, communication is limited to the information needed.
A no-logs policy is a service practice, not a guarantee that every browsing situation is risk-free. Keep your account credentials and subscription details secure, and review the data policies of the websites you visit. For details on how information is handled, read the Privacy Policy.
