Service Scope

VPNSound provides network acceleration for cross-border access and subscriptions to international routes, covering 90+ countries / 230+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel. Availability and setup instructions may vary by platform; refer to the panel for details.

The subscription provides network connectivity and does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites. The operators of those services determine where they are available, account eligibility, and usage policies. Route coverage does not guarantee ongoing access to any particular website or content.

Accounts and Subscriptions

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login details and subscription information secure. Do not share your password, subscription link, or other access credentials. If you notice unusual activity, change your password promptly and submit a support ticket.

Unlimited simultaneous connections are available for the account holder's own devices or devices they manage. Reselling subscriptions, renting out accounts, sharing accounts or subscription credentials with others, or providing the service as public network access for others is not permitted.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining number of days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Check the plan pricing page and checkout page for current prices and data allowances, and confirm the billing method before paying.

Lawful Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any region relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of the websites you access. You may not use the service for fraud, infringement, illegal transactions, malicious intrusion, distribution of malware, or other unlawful activity.

You may not disrupt network operations, damage systems, access others' resources without authorization, or use automated means in a way that interferes with other users' connections. You are responsible for the content you publish or transmit and for your conduct while using the service.

Availability and Limitation of Responsibility

Connection performance depends on factors including your local network, carrier routing, device status, target services, and maintenance changes. VPNSound does not guarantee a fixed speed, fixed latency, or uninterrupted connections. If a problem occurs, use the relevant guide to check your client and route settings, and submit the necessary diagnostic details in a support ticket.

Planned maintenance and significant changes that may affect use will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Issues caused by changes to third-party services, local network failures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control will be addressed based on their actual causes. These terms do not exclude any liability that VPNSound is required to assume by law.

VPNSound's privacy commitment is not to keep logs. For details about how information is handled, read the Privacy Policy. That policy does not replace your responsibility to manage privacy settings on your local devices, account credentials, and target services.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a ticket in the user panel; proof of a technical issue is not required.

State that you would like a refund in your ticket and provide order details that can be used for verification. This verification is solely to confirm ownership of the order and process the refund; you will not be asked for your account password or complete subscription credentials. Updates and refund outcomes will be communicated through the ticket. These terms do not impose undisclosed refund deductions.

Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT. Check payment records and order status against the relevant order and ticket response. Processing times for third-party payments are not guaranteed.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If you use the service unlawfully, resell or share access, deliberately disrupt the service, or otherwise violate these terms, VPNSound may restrict connections, suspend, or terminate your account as appropriate. You may explain the circumstances and request a review through a support ticket. Account actions do not affect any rights you are entitled to by law or applicable refund commitments.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, along with an updated month of last revision. Significant changes affecting subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user panel. Confirmed benefits will not be retroactively reduced by new conditions that were not disclosed.
