If your usage history is not enough to make a decision, first separate tasks such as web browsing, streaming, and file transfers, then monitor your actual account usage. Do not assume a fixed data requirement based on an app’s name, or confuse connection speed with data allowance.

How to Check Your Order

Payment Methods & Activation

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, confirm the plan name, amount, and billing type. After payment, return to the panel to check your status.

Sign in and choose a plan

No email address required. Create an account with a username and password. In the panel, open the plans section, confirm whether you are choosing a monthly plan or a data bundle, and check the data allowance. The button on this page takes you to the plans panel; it does not place a paid order for you.

If you already have an account, check your current plan and usage first to help avoid choosing the wrong option. Before upgrading mid-cycle, review the updated details before proceeding to payment.

Check your order and pay

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT on the payment page, then follow the instructions shown there. Before paying, confirm the order amount and plan type again. Do not reuse payment details from another order or rely on information from an old payment page.

Use the payment details shown on the current payment page for USDT. If anything is unclear, pause and describe the issue in a support ticket through the panel. Do not guess the payment parameters.

Return to the panel and check your order

After payment, return to the user panel to check your order status and plan details. Then get your subscription and import it into a client using the guide. A successful payment-page redirect and a successful client connection are separate steps; check each one.

If you have paid but the panel status is not as expected, first check that you are signed in to the correct account and viewing the right order. Then open a support ticket describing the payment method and order status to avoid paying twice.

Refund Requests & Order Verification

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket. Explain your request and identify the relevant order. Keeping your order records helps us locate the payment to review. You do not need to provide your account password or full subscription details.

If you would also like help troubleshooting a connection before requesting a refund, include the platform you use, the route selected, and the error you see. Troubleshooting does not change the refund policy stated on this page. Describe network access issues, client import failures, and payment status separately so each can be checked clearly.

How many devices can be connected at once?

Unlimited devices. Supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. When using multiple devices at once, keep an eye on your plan’s total data allowance. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data.

How long do I have to request a refund, and how do I apply?

60-day refund policy, no reason required. Sign in to the user panel, open a support ticket, explain your request, and provide the order details needed for verification. See the Terms of Service for full terms.

Which payment methods are supported?

When does monthly plan data reset, and what happens if I upgrade?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Check your plan and order details in the panel before upgrading. Monthly plan data does not accumulate like a permanent data bundle.

Do data bundles have an expiration date?

Data bundles remain available until used and never expire. They draw down from a total allowance rather than resetting monthly, making them a good fit for users with irregular usage who want to keep their remaining data.
